Files Verification

To verify the graphic files sent by our client, we use tools that do it automatically. Each file passes through preflight so that we are able to receive a quick response on the correctness of uploaded files.

Verification includes, for example, parameters such as:
– file size compared to the order,
– file resolution – compares with the resolution table given in our specification,
– checks the correctness of the attached fonts,
– displays data about the color space, given additional colors.

The preflight system creates an appropriate report regarding the file content and a preview, which is then sent to the client for approval if it is correct. If the report contains errors or warnings, we can sent file to the DTP studio, which will additionally verify the possibility of a repair.
